This charge corresponds to the acquisition of a Discount Membership and/or Certificates with immediate benefits provided by Imperial Escapes SA de CV . “ CETC ”.

Corresponding to the purchase of my Affiliation of discounts and/or Certificates for tourist/hotel reservations. I understand that I may cancel this subscription at any time by notifying the Company in writing at least 60 calendar days prior to the date of the next charge. If any payment required to be made pursuant to this Annex is not authorized by the credit card institution, within 5 business days of the due date, the Customer must make the payment by bank deposit or transfer immediately.

Summary clause on cancellation:

I recognize and accept that the purchase of the Affiliation of discounts and/or Certificates is Non-Refundable, since the benefits of this Affiliation are granted immediately once the payment is processed (see full clause in the Mediation Contract). I understand that this policy applies to both the initial charge and monthly renewal charges, except in cases where the subscription is canceled in a timely manner, in which case the next monthly charge will not be processed.
