1. The entity responsible for the treatment of your personal data is Imperial Escapes, S.A. DE C.V, in connection with all its business unites (hereinafter referred to, jointly, as «Imperial Escapes or CETC” who undertakes to respect the provisions of its Full Privacy Notice and the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Individuals and its respective Regulation.
2. Imperial Escapes address is at Supermanzana 03 Mz. 09 Lt. 19, Cancún, Quintana Roo, C.P. 77500, Mexico.
3. Imperial Escapes, by itself and/or through managers, may treat the OWNER´s personal data in accordance with the type of relationship between them, for the following primary purposes:

  3.1. Regarding OWNER-Client or Client Prospect, to:

1. a) Provide the products or services hired by the OWNER-Client.
2. b) Contact him by phone, email, social networks or other electronic messaging platform, to attend and follow up on requests for products or services offered by Imperial Escapes.
3. c) To provide products or services that Imperial Escapes offers, according to requests made through any means, so the OWNER can benefit from them.
4. d) To contact him for any clarification and follow-up on requirements, requests, payments, complaints, comments or any other situation derived from the products or services provided by Imperial Escapes.
5. e) Register and update the data in the internal business administration system, to be accessed by the persons authorized by Imperial Escapes.
6. f) Make contact with the OWNER-Client to carry out the management and collection of debts; where appropriate, to contact people authorized by the OWNER as payment contacts.
7. g) Create and store a physical or electronic file of the OWNER-Client, for the term of their business relationship and for a 10-ten year period after its termination.
8. h) Preparation and safeguarding of electronic invoicing and credit notes derived from the services and/or products sold by Imperial Escapes.
9. i) Create a record in the database of possible Clients, which will be kept for up to 10-ten years.
10. j) Carry out transactions with credit institutions, resulting from commercial operations.
11. k) Request references at the Credit Bureau.

  3.2. Regarding the OWNER – User of the Imperial Escapes web page, to:

1. a) Contact the OWNER-User of Imperial Escapes web page, via email, by telephone, through social networks or by any other means, to attend and follow up on their comments or requests for services or products.
2. b) To access the social networks in which Imperial Escapes
3. c) Store in different databases, in physical or electronic format, the information of the OWNER-User; such records will be stored for a period of 5-five years, counted from the moment they are obtained.

3.3. Regarding OWNER-Visitor to the physical facilities of Imperial Escapes, to:

1. a) Store in different databases the image, as well as the information of the visitors to Imperial Escapes address, to keep control of the entrances and exits of those who visit its facilities, which is part of the security measures adopted within it. The images obtained through video surveillance services will be kept for up to a period of 6-six months from the date they were obtained. Other personal data collected will be kept for a period of up to 1-one year from when they are obtained.

4. The OWNER´s personal data may be treated for the following secondary purposes:
5. a) In case of OWNER-Client evaluation of quality in the services or products offered, as well as the quality in attention to its comments or requests.
6. b) Conduct internal research on consumer habits.
7. c) To provide additional communications, information and promotions, new product launches, image changes, informative and news bulletins.
8. d) Inform via email about changes or new products or services that are related to those requested by the OWNER.
9. e) Generate internal reports on the use of Imperial Escapes ´s web page.
10. f) Massive mailings of advertising.
11. g) To contact the OWNER-User of Imperial Escapes´s web page, in order to inform about updates, informational messages and related to services, including important security updates.
12. h) To Inform and/or invite the OWNER to participate in events organized by Imperial Escapes or its business partners.
13. i) Send congratulatory emails for new year or holidays.

In case that the OWNER doesn’t want its personal data to be used for all or some of the Secondary Purposes established in the previous section, he/she must send an e-mail to adminoperations@centurionexecutive.com, requesting the delete of such data and specifying the purposes in which the personal data may not be used.

5. The OWNER may access the Full Privacy Notice of Imperial Escapes by entering web page www.centurionexecutive.com, and click in the section corresponding to Privacy Policy.
